Ticket Search allows a user to locate any ticket in the system by entering various parameter filters.
Feel free to use this Search Portal for finding, not only the status of your Ticket related to Positive Response, but reviewing and making copies of your ticket.
(Note): If you find that after accessing the Ticket Search Portal, and entering a ticket number to search for, after hitting the Search button, you receive an error that the ticket, or page, cannot be displayed, please try one of these options...
1. Clear your browser's history, close all browser windows, then reopen your browser and try again.
2. If using Chrome, try a different browser such as Firefox or Edge.
3. Try to use the "incognito" mode if using Chrome, or "private viewing" if using Firefox.
